1. Return/cancel Policy

We do not offer refunds or return but by the following exception: If for any reason we’re late by 30 days or more getting your product(s) delivered, and you understandably request a refund then we will honor your request and issue a full refund immediately (though it may take a business day or two for the refund to appear in your account).

Online firearms, customizations and in-store customization purchases, which are cancelled after 5 business days from date of purchase or is denied during the background check are subject to a $50 restocking and return shipping fee.

2. Defective Items

If you received an out of the box defective item, please contact the manufacturer directly first.  If you run into an issue with the manufacturer please contact us and we will help to try to work out a solution.

3. Restricted Returns

Ammunition — For safety reasons, we cannot take returns on loaded ammunition. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have received ammunition that has issues you will need to contact the manufacturer directly and then us so we can assess accordingly.  Please note, there are federal guidelines manufacturers have to follow as damaged ammunition cannot be returned or shipped in nature. 

Firearms — All firearms and firearms receiver components (complete receiver, barrels, etc.) sales are final. Please trust us to take the time to inspect all firearms and components thoroughly BEFORE offering them as purchasable products. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. If you need help with warranty repairs/issues we are here and are happy to help, and sometimes can even get quicker resolve than consumers.
