Section 4 — Order & Payment Terms

Minimum Order: 3 units per pattern selected, with a total order minimum of 9 firearms.
Wholesale Pricing: As listed on Pinkgun.com/Wholesale; Pinkgun reserves the right to update pricing with notice.
Retail Pricing Policy: Authorized retailers agree not to set final retail prices for Pinkgun products at more than 25% above the recommended MSRP.
Payment Terms: ACH for approved accounts (subject to credit approval if choosing ACH). Initial orders require prepayment or credit card on file.
Shipping: Free insured shipping to your provided FFL address (or shipping method as agreed).
Returns & Defects: All returns or warranty issues must follow Pinkgun’s returns policy; contact your sales representative to learn more.
Lead Times: Typical turnaround is 10–14 business days after order confirmation; custom builds may vary.

If your FFL is held at a different location than your primary retail location, indicate the service address and provide a brief explanation in the 'Additional Notes' field when submitting.
