All Pink Gun’s firearms are NEW in box and are typically covered under the manufacture warranty for any defects. We do inspect all firearms for defects before they are available for sale online. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any firearm’s purchased anywhere Pink Gun products are sold for as long as it is owned by the purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.
PinkGun LLC assumes no responsibility for product malfunction or for physical injury or property damage resulting in whole or in part from criminal or negligent use of the firearm, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modification, use of defective or improper hand-loaded, reloaded or re-manufactured ammunition, or customer abuse, neglect or misuse.
PinkGun.com is fully insured for any damages that may take place on our premises.
